How our service is different.
Cost
Other advisory or referral programs will say that they are "free", this is not always they case. Most of these services make money by charging the contractor for a percent of the project which the contractor bakes into the cost. This also incentivizes other services to not fight for fair priced quotes for the homeowners they are advising because the bigger the project, the more money they make.
We are a completely free advisory service due to the fact that we make money working with cities and states.
Representation
We are always in your corner. Since we don't make any money on the size/cost of the project, we can advise you when the quote that you have received is above market rate.
On average we save homeowners between $1000-$10,000 through our advisor council.
